About the founder – Carlos H. Mondolfi
Carlos H. Mondolfi, founder of Neoflux Consulting, is a recognised professional with more than 25 years of experience in capital project management. Specialising in the refining and petrochemical sectors, Carlos has worked on every side of a project, giving him a unique and well-rounded perspective.
Throughout his career, he has led multi-billion-euro international projects, always with a clear understanding of what it means to manage complexity. His background as a chemical engineer, combined with an MSc in Oil Refining, Gas & Marketing from ISE/REPSOL, allows him to merge technical rigour with strategic leadership.
Carlos founded Neoflux Consulting to provide independent, unfiltered, results-focused advisory services — centred on what truly matters: delivering outcomes. His pragmatic approach and ability to align teams and stakeholders make him a natural leader in managing complex industrial projects.
