Carlos H. Mondolfi<\/strong>, founder of Neoflux Consulting<\/strong>, is a recognised professional with more than 25 years of experience<\/strong> in capital project management. Specialising in the refining<\/strong> and petrochemical<\/strong> sectors, Carlos has worked on every side of a project, giving him a unique and well-rounded perspective. <\/p>

Throughout his career, he has led multi-billion-euro international projects, always with a clear understanding of what it means to manage complexity. His background as a chemical engineer<\/strong>, combined with an MSc in Oil Refining, Gas & Marketing<\/strong> from ISE\/REPSOL<\/strong>, allows him to merge technical rigour with strategic leadership. <\/p>
